Rolf Einar Fife is the Director General for Legal Affairs at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He chairs the Council of Europe Committee of Advisers on Public International Law, is a member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, and the Head of the Norwegian Branch of the International Law Association.
